You guys with this engine... What kind of output is reasonable to get from a cold airbox, K&N filter, larger exhaust (no header), bigger throttle body and chip?

10 brake if your lucky. Bigger throttle body wont do much TBH without changing the intake manifold.

109BHP standard so after all that i would say about 115ish BHP not allot, what is a cold airbox??? and what is a header, do you mean no manfold just cat back exhaust system??

Well, we've got 102 whp... That would be around 120 at the fly I suppose...

And I have already discovered that too. That "powerbox" from Courtenay... It works? 22hp really?

yeah i got one 22BHP, thats at peak rpm, ya need a rev limit of 7500RPM to reap the benifits, the power box works better on the C16XE than on the X16XE

It is VERY good to know that. Cause I am building my own "powerbox". It is IMPOSSIBLE to buy from you guys. So I had to do it myself.
Is very good to know that it actually works! I'd hate to spend time and effort in something that is useless.

Ours is a C and it already goes 7800. No point in revving at the moment though...
