are they pk to use and are they easy to fit
do they just bond on and thats it or will they have to be smoothed on
would i just be better off asking a bodyshop to do it

ummmmmm. well if u even ask that question its a good sign to let the bodyshop do it really. If u wanna start doing things like that urself start with something like door pods for speakers and spray them. thats good practise.
it has to be bonded on, smoothed in, and takes a shit loada work.

no what i want to know is should i buy the panel and get the bodyshop to fit it or just let the bodyshop weld in some plates and fill it

what can sink in these panels the weld in ones are worse as they buckle slightly and this means a shit load of filler and paint does like to sink in filler

the fibreglass panels will ripple to fcuk, if the weld is done by sum1 good it will 100% fine
