as most of you knwo my car need lowerin to look any good!

im getting some -40mm apex springs..

would i be able to just fit these without uprated shocks? wiv my 17's on or


would they bottom out 2 much??

would the handling be different??

are they easy to fit??

if you fit lowered sprigs with standard shocks, the shcoks wear out very fast, doesnt handle very well. you should get uprated shocks as well

goldpenguin had koni's on his and i think they were good, about 250 for a set.

i was gunna get a set of -40mm apec springs n shocks.. but these springs were cheap so i thought about buying the shocks after wards.

-40mm springs are fine on standard shocks mate any lower and you would need shocks aswell

erm from scott it was 280 i think, that included all for springs n shocks.

so lets finalize this.

-40mm springs should be ok with the standard SXi shocks.

will the handling be improved??

Will be a bouncy ride mate. Springs and standard shocks are crap.

i had them onmy corsa c comfort and had no problems at all.

The sxi shocks are slightly stiffer so u will be fine.

wasnt really bpouncy on mine and mine had shite shocks on it

get some other spring eibach -50mm or summat

apex springs are crap

this is mine on -40mm apex springs and standard shocks

my mate had 60mm springs on front and 40 on rear with standard shox and it went for years, passed 3 mot's at vauxhall

i did it n they lasted 1 month

Just my fucking luck

I have apex 40mm on mine, they drop a bit more than 40mm. But the ride is fine and the handling is greatly improved. Also as far as my up to date Apex brochures go they don't make a full kit for a Corsa C yet.

should be fitting them 2morrow night. but i have no idea were to start.. hahaha.
