Has anyone any pics I could use or any information to say how much of the bulkhead needs cutting away for the powercap, engine conversion is almost complete bu8t got to do this and fit the air flow meter which we are desperately trying to source, engine is 2.0l 16v Redtop, any help hugely appreciated many thanks Paul...

would be alot easyer i think if ya dont have engine in
as said above
angel grinder then paint any bare metal and some of rubber stuff he has around for MOT purposes.

That's quite a bit of metal removed to fit the Guru's powercap - normally you only need about half of that - just enough to squeeze the powercap through.
