appropriate cleaning fluid. such as 'spray&stay'

use meths, make sure u get every bit of dirt and grease off each panel and heat the dynmat up really well and keep rolling it with a roler to get a really good bond to the surface

is it that important? I just used soapy water to clean my boot, but i havent put any in yet. You reckon its definately worth making the effort to get it really clean, or wont it make THAT much difference?

Yea u should clean the surface cos if its dirty ull have a shit bond between the 2 surfaces and end up with delams every were

depends how much of a good job u want it to be mate. At the end of the day, if put the time and effort in it will make all the difference because the key to a good sound whether it be SPL or SQ is mostly in the install
