i got the kit, and ive managed to install the motors, but i dont c how the wiring can go through the grommit because it has electrical connecters on either end, should i drill new holes?

Well, you have two choices.

Find new connectors i.e. get them from a scrappy, and solder them into your wiring,...........

or

Just drill through the grommit and feed the wires through it.
However, when you do it this way, it causes a wee bit of bother when trying to remove the full door if you ever need to.
