Yesterday my car went into a garage to have the timing belt replaced as part of my service. This was fine and i recieved the car back. an hour or so later i drove down to the pub, only a 2 minute drive (i am lazy) after a drink i came out and wanted to start the car and the engine management light was flashing at me. when i tried to start the car the engine turns over but doesnt seem to bite. the timing belt is still taught so i could see any thing wrong there.
Anyone got any ideas, the car is going back to the garage tomorrow
its a 1.2 8v 1996 on an N plate

If the management light is flashing, isnt this something to do with the immobiliser?
