I was in Dundee last weekend, anyone from there, I wouldnt like to offend, but WTF is with all the "neds"
I found it the most hilarious part of the weekend away.

Modded VW Jettas and the like.

Neds are common place in the city's of the UK. I choose to laugh at them. please do not visit Glasgow if they offend you

I prefer the term scallys, and i know wot u mean mate its shockin the amount o burberry and 12 year olds with kids walkin about here
