i just been watchin an old fifth gear about wheel clamps and i was wonderin all u guys on here and other ppl who lower there cars so the wheels goes up into the wheel archs can u not get clamped? would it be a good investment to lower car that much?

wouldnt bother mates golf was slammed soo much the wheels nearly touched the arche on full lock...clampers came along and damaged his wheel and plastic arch lip and denied it. clampers will try anything to get a clamp on or tow anything away. Not worth risking it...

yer u say dont park illegally but some cowboy ones will clamp u for no reason

Not tried it yet, but i'm sure there are some loop holes to use. Ie inadequate signage, lack of evidence as to who removed the clamp etc.
