looks like you would bend it to get the metal clip under the car or something?
check how the other side is attached under the car, should give you a good idea?

Shelly they have a steel runner dow teh inside of teh strip they just need pushing back over those steel pins
It'll take a little bit of stick to get it on though

the clips are plastic and its easiest to put the clip onto the car then attach the skirt back to the clip. A new clip will cost u about a quid form vaux, it goes on over the holes then goes either left or right and locks into position.

Spot on mate when I removed my skirts on the C a few clips got broken so I just bought some new ones for about a quid and refitted them
