go by self mate aslong as u got rotein going ur sorted and u do a lot more coz u tend to just talk all the time and not do anything by the way get the most out of ya gym and get a protein supplement the best it USN muscle fuel choc flavour mate 30 quid though buts its the best and u get most of ya work out too mate

Go by yourself mate,Eat the right diet of carbs and protien.If you want to get big take extra protein suppliments and carrotene(spelling)

People rely on protein shakes too much, you should aim to get the majority of your protein intake from whole foods. Protein shakes should be used in addition, not a replacement.

I train alone, but a good training partner is worth his weight in gold.
Mostly, the lads i see training together lift their phones more than the weights.

yup craig w thats the stuff creatine,seen a few mates use this stuff,They bulked up pretty damn quickly.personaly i reckon the right of amount of specific excercise and a proper diet,has a good effect.

I go by myself, find it alot easier to work out and get into it. When mates are down there its difficult to get into it as your always talking to them etc... Bought an MP3 player few months ago so just listen to that nobody talks to me now

Having said this, a spotter can be so useful sometimes when you want to really push yourself, the amount of times ive nearly dropped shit on my head or face...........

I personally dont take any supplements but want to as i feel ive got as far as i can by eating a balanced diet, going to ask the bloke at the gym on mon about protein and creatine supplements.

Few people i know do steds, but they're fuckwits Fucking big fuckwits but still fuckwits!

Probably best for you to go for a week alone then for a week with a partner and decide which week you enjoyed and feel you got the most out of!

i go whenever i can. Good stuff to get is liquid creatine, not sure what brand it is, will find out. Comes in a little bottle with a dropper. No need to load up with it or anything, just take 5 drops 5 mins before each session!

Me neither, a lot of people dont take it properly, you need to create that insulin spike when you take it or the uptake of creatine into cells will be hampered.

used to have rugby training and a match once a week each but seasons over now

I use maximuscle protein shakes in addition to the shit loads of chicken i eat and after 4 months ive noticed a huge difference, not in pure bulk cos thats not what im after, but more in well defined

good move my friend, you taking promax yeah? i reckon thats the daddy of protein shakes right now, i too eat at least 1/2 chicken a day and ive really cut down on complex carbs, definately leaned up and got a bit harder lol.

depends, if you really want to achieve something you need good training partner. Ive got to fairly good basis on my own. Lifts exess of 450lbs, but now im gtting to the point where if i slip or do the slightest movement i need a partner to support me to failure.

3-4 days a week depends what split im doing
