It will be a 4 door!

As I said, it suits my needs (and wants)
I have always driven 5 door cars and will continue! Haven't decided on the exact spec but it will be a 1.9 DTi!

GT TD is a nice idea, but not worth it for the costs, plus the way Rob drives (and Leni for that matter!) the diesel fuel economy will be as shit as petrol.

Golfs are nice. I have a 106 and is a top motor. I love it that much that i couldn't even let it go when i paid for my 206 whic i get on Fri.

1.9 gt tdi is a sensible car. you don't have to put your foot down all the time. you have the power if you need it. interior is just so much nicer too.

If i was you and had around £6k to spend I would get something Japenese.
But you want something which is economic so the 1.9TDi would be better for you.

I drive a 1.9TD Bora (golf wit a boot) at work and its awful, acceleration is worse than the works vans, it has no guts at all!! I mean I get over taken on the Mway by everything

Might aswell weld up the doors of the golf and use it as a hot tub cos it wont be going anywhere fast anyway
