when im driving i can hear a knocking noise sounds like a tamberine,only does it when im moving sounds like its coming from the front,
doesnt sound like an exhaust problem anyone any ideas?

hmmm sounds sort of similar to my Gsi!!
only happens on mine wen going over bumps or suddenly hit a rough surface!
apparently could be anything mate..... shocks, springs, anti roll bar, craddle bolt etc
get the under of the front of your car checked for "any" loose nuts and bolts first!

maybe it is a tamborine, check typical tamborine locations such as glovebox, under passenger/drivers seat, in the boot, spare wheel well.
once you find the tamborine securely fasten it otherwise remove it from your vehicle

were about is the wish bone
how can i check if thats causing the noise? ans is it serious??
