yea im with iam on this, there isnt a law stating that you cant send msg's via bluetooth to other phones, since the other person has to accpet the message...unlike txt messages.
Although, if you send dodgy piccies to random people then i suppose you could get done that way, for like pornography etc

Eitherway its all good fun i just need to get my arse a new fone with bluetooth on it
