you will need to convert it mate, house power AC, car power DC

i think he means he ain't converting the PS2 to 12v, so yeah, inverters the only way

yep thats right sparco
im running the wiring for the screen and the ps2 thro me glovebox and leaving em loose so when I wanna use ps2 and screen reach into glovebox and plug it in! I have a ps2 in the house and am intending to just unlpug from the house and use when I want really in the car.

If you get one of the power board things to put inside the ps2 do u not need the invertor?
just a screen and the ps2 and your done, yea?
