Hi Peeps Just need a bit of help and advice as im soon to be fitting some 17's, just wondered what id need to do regarding mods. Ive had 16's on my car for quite a while and havent need to mod anything.
My cars lowered around 40mm and the wheels will be et 45 with 205/40/17 tyres on, so will i need to take the arch liners out? shave the botls on the arch or anything else.
Any help would really be appreciated as i guess most of you on here have 17's

im not 100% but i think if u just shave them bolts u wil be fine...i have 17" witht he vauxhall fitment and i didnt have to do nothin at all

either grind off the top two bolts at the back, or remove them and bond it on. may need to trim away a little of the return under the arch spat, but the tyre would rub it away to the space it needed over a few months anyway.
fronts should be fine, may catch on the liner on full lock, but nothing to worry about.
