no but you could get a TV card for your PC and a convertor and plug into pc and run through PC monitor as a mate has done this.

You can buy special boxes to do it, but they are normally £100+... Like Nismo said the cheapest way would be to get a TV card with composite video input, or a graphics card with video input...
