I just recieved my Nokia 6600 today and i remember in the 'old' days phones needed 12hrs charger before you could use them
BUT
With this it just says the fone needs to be charged and then run untill the battery dies then charged fully again - do this 3times.
It doesnt say how long the initial charge needs to be - does this meen i can use it now?? Its been on charge 4hrs now.
Thanks
Daz

if the instruction says fully charge, just fully charge it, if it says 12 hours charge for 12 hours

the battery is a ni-cad and so has a memory. when you first charge it, it will set the battery up correctly.
however, no one ever does this properly and i dont know anyone who has problems
noonster - bet youre glad now you got the manly 6600 rather than the girly 6230
