what qualifications do you need for that job?
I work in a cardboard factory, and don't need any qualifications...
Doesn't it blow over when it's windy ?
and gets soggy when it rains

xDSL Tech Support Consultant - came out of Uni with a Maths degree (which counted for nothing), was just "right place at the right time" for my first job as the above, spent 2.5 years there then moved to a far superior company doing the same.
And now, courtesy of this company, am training towards my CCNA, and the company have advised me they'll pay towards any further qualifications (CCNP, CCIE, CCDA, etc) similar to that, should I want to continue along that path.

Where did you do you degree Dan?
Surely a decent Maths degree would be very useful. Very handy for analytical jobs, Investment Banking, Options etc.
Mate of mine at Uni Graduates in Maths this year and starts working in Sept for a VERY good salary.
