i used to be 'quite active' but recently ive stopped doing as much and have put on the pounds not that i was really skinny in the first place!
anyway...
Does anyone have any good tips or diet plans to stick to that can help me loose weight and be more fit for the summer. Have got a multi-gym and cycling machine so i can get use out of that but what should i plan on doin e.g. time of use per night etc
Links to sites would be good!
Thanks

Just run it off. Any kind of cardio exercise will do the trick. Combine it will a decent diet ie try and have a salad for lunch or dinner and cut out any snacks in between.
Just try running four times a week, build up the distance and you'll shift it in no time.
