I'm assuming you mean marketing mix?

For an advertising campaign, you should be considering the marketing mix (4 P's).
Product: Think about how you can make it better, make it eye catching to the target market, try to broaden the target market with different content, give away samples/freebies with the magazine, add more content to the magazine, add a wider variety of content to the magazine, etc..
Price: Consider the price of competitors' magazines, think about the price that is affordable to the target market, think about the value for money aspect - bigger magazine = more expensive, etc..
Promotion: Advertise the product in places where it will be seen by the intended target market, tv, internet, email, radio, flyers, posters, billboards etc..
Place: Sell your product in a place which attracts your target market, newsagents, supermarkets, confectionary shops, internet, etc..
The 4 P's all mingle together and certain aspects will be relevant to multiple categories. e.g Free samples could be used for the product category and promotional category.
Hope this helps you a bit and gets you started.
