I know similar things have been posted before but mine seems more strange
I Had my V6 brakes fitted by a garage about 2 months ago, not done any more thna 700miles in that time.
My handbrake light started to go on whilst i was under hard cornering, from a search on here i found this was meant to be due to low break fluid. then the problem randomly dissapeared.
In the last week it has started again, but this time instead of coming on just under hard/fast cornering it started to come on over every little bump, or slightly fast turn. It gradually got worse and worse and the light stayed on longer and longer. I hear people said this was due to pads wearing out but how can they run out in 700miles?????
No my god damn handbrake light is PERMANENTLY on
Any ideas? I would take it to a garage ot look at it but im am skint. So all help appreciaited
Oh and before you ask its a corsa b sport v6 brakes + braided hoses. No patches of stuff under car, running 17"s and the braking feels no different whatsever.

you could have a dicky handbrake switch as it uses the same circuit as the brake fluid reservoir sensor

its always good if you need to top up your fluid to check to see where its all going though, don't just keep topping up!
The fluid shouldn't actually be able to go anywhere, as its a sealed hydrolic system, if its very low then you've either got a leak or your pads are down, it don't just disapear
