get some ducting pipe from halfords or hardware store and position it going from any of the grills to about 6-10cm away from the induction kit..

it should improve performance "but" dont expect mega gains!! as the induction kit is behind the headlight were their is high pressure for cold air anyway, u will probly get better smooter rev range and responce with out flat spots

yeah reason ur getting flat spots as u pull away is coz theirs no fresh cold air comming into the engine bay! and its drawing in warm/hot air!

get a nice "BIG" air feed, and dont cover the induction kit though!!! it will act more as a restriction and make the nice induction sound go away!!! position it it about 10cm away from it

No problem mate!

BTW, try using some of the aluminium ducting that B&Q sell, its about 10cm diameter, used to connect tumble dryers to vents...

The shiny outer surface will reflect heat, keepin the air inside as cold as possible.

went to B&Q didnt have anything worth using, went to halfords, they also didnt have anything worth using.

they said in halfords i dont need anything it will be fine as it is, and i was like, "no it wont be and no it aint fine, it has flat spots when pulling away" and he's like " every car does unless its a highperformance race car"

i laffed and didnt evan reply, just walked out the shop.
