I think he talking about Straight water.. Not Water in juice and teas etc 
I drink about 2 litres a day between home and work..Straight water.....Which is the reccommended amount.....Sometimes more sometimes a wee bit less but always try to drink some...........

Yeah Mav, i knew someone would get it!!
Reason im asking is they say you should have 6 pints a day, which is roughly the 2ltrs you mentioned i think.
