To not ever use Parcelforce again.... they suck!

Came to collect on wrong day, am now having to cancel that collection, apply for a refund, while paying for a more expensive delivery charge to get the stuff here in time

arsehole force you mean. ive lost a few things to "not correctly packaged" that meant some clumbsy twit has butter fingers!
