ive just been attacked on way home from work!!!
over took some one on way home from work and they boted tere car as i was side to side!! thought "kool some one wants to plat" so i was game for it so raced um!! as i was comming home them started to follow me!! i went round the block a feu times and they followed me round!! lucky i spotted a mate a pulled up along side of him!! lad got out the car and came over a grabbed me by throat and started having a right go because i over took him!!

next time some-one grabs you by the throat grab the hand around your throat by the wrist and the use your other hand to palm strike the back of their elbow joint. it take's little pressure to break an arm and even less to hyperextend a locked joint. a strike against a locked elbow joint will sharp release the strangle hold make sure to do it nice and hard and quickly for the surprise advantage.  .

its alright mte i know all self defence!! im a first dan in kickboxing mate so i can handle my self!!
i know who the lad is, he lives in same villege as mine!!
nothing happened after he grabbed me, my mate ran over and pushed him off then he was just giving me load a mouth and threats!!

not like one of my mates......walking thru this estate before..jjust me n my mate.....and this group of bout 8 lads (drunk..stoned)...decided to give us a bit of mouth....thought fair enuff..kept walking....then all of a sudden...i got wacked in the back of the head...and me mate did also...so me mate ran off...and i took a pastin.......got one of the lads back tho....coz i new wer he lived......Baseball bat and shins is a good mix
