lol yes i did mike when u were there, its got glue and clips on, rip it off and glue it back, or sit there cuttin yr hands apart puttin em back in properly

That part of the dash isnt really designed to come off. If you can get to see under at the back of it, the plastic fixings have been melted to hold it on. If you attempt to rip it off, you may end up damaging the dash as well as the bit you're trying to get off.
Sup to you tho if you wanna risk it
