theres a good chance im being dense here but just want to check.

I have an auction in progress on ebay and below the price it says an approximate price in dollars?? Does this mean someone in the US is bidding on it?

it means you have made the auction availble to people worldwide which means that anyone can bid on it! You can just specify that you want a UK only auction if you had wanted!

well i have specified postage to UK only, so this guy is having a laugh, the item i am selling weights loads!

Its somethign i relisted, and it was a uk auction before, so ebay as set it worldwide as a default or something.
