Not sure if this still applys, but many moons ago I used to own a copy of Champ manager when Denis Irwin and Paul Mince played for Manchester United.

What you could do was type the current England mangers name when you start a new game and you were given the option to manage England, can you still do this?

If not, is there a cheat so you can take charge of England? I want it as a sideline to my job at Ipswich

on cm3 you can do it. Think you do it how you said - by adding manager with the name of england manager

u can manage any national team just by simpy clicking on a team eg arsenal , then clicking on a player eg ray parlour then click on his nationality and take control of the team
