i was slowing down for a cue at a round about and he said h wasent concentrating and caught my rear bumper
prob gonan be a write off but cant afford to get another car

The other guys insurance will cover it. If someone crashes into the back of you, its always their fault, even if you break for no reason.

but if the repairs are more then 60 % of the cars value they write it off
