Well after a tiresome week saturday dinner and home time arrived.

I set off from work and as I changed into 4th she stopped. cambelt

Oh well dont know what to do now wether to rebuild to std and sell or keep, or maybe put a 1.6 in or 2.0l. Trouble is I need it doing asap.

So today decided to go to kit car show. What a waste of £8 everything had gone home by the time we got there, and now thinking of a kit car instead of the corsa?

Anyway dont suppose anyone has a 16v head lying about cheap? Or a 1.6 16v engine?

there are a few 16v heads forsale in classifieds mate, just look about for a 1.6 16v engine worth swapping it for one if you find one, be cheaper than rebuilding yours probably lol, gutted for u mate, tis shit when it all goes wrong

Much better weekend hopefully found a c16xe at sensible money, should be picking it up next weekend.

Was at a wediing saturday so I borrowed a mercedes 500SEL for the day to chauffeur the bride etc about, had all the toys (including bullet proof glass lol)

Another 10 days and I should have my car back on the road

Well another fun saturday.
Left work at 12 to pick up the engine, got home knackered and hungry at 7. Changed cars and drove girlfriend to a friends got in at 7.45. Then got back in the pick up and drove to the workshop to drop off the engine, just got home at nine.
Was tempted to stop and start work on the car but wanted to get home for some munchies.

Hopefully next saturday I will be driving the damn car.
