mav it doesnt matter, there has to be a scapegoat when england get put out of tournaments!! they think they should beat everybody but they have to realise they are overrated!!!

but if we woz portugese we wud love the ref, we cant keep saying 'what if...' blah blah blah we gotta take it our stride and keep the same squad bar 1 or 2 (bring in defoe for heskey, ferdinand n woodgate need to be grafted in too) but we shud be lookin' to qualifying for WC 2006 where hopefully we'll be even better (if we get there of course  )

and as for beckham, yeah he was shite but if it wernt for him we wudnt of done as well as we have done over recent years so coz of a few games he's a wanker? NO! yes he woz crap in Euro 2004 but I reckon the guys got a load of probs off the pitch and they're playing on his mind...he's only 28 and still has around 7 years left in him!! Don't think slating him 4 missing a penalty and having a crap torney is right really, on his day he's 1 of our best players that we've had in a long time!
