pull the little grey plugs out from above the door lining bit. snap the sunglasses holder into place

They just secure up with a couple of screws, available from Vauxhall parts for a few pence each.

pulled the plugs out, put the holder in its place, thats it. piece of piss to fit, thanks for your help GoldPenguin
