mav - yep lacked pace, you could see that in the euro champs 2004

big big respect though, when he joined Chelsea i was so happy, a complete legend and well respected by many... he was once the worlds best defender !

I remember when i went to AC Milan to watch Chelsea and he returned to the San Siro, they absolutley love him banners and flags all over the place & non stop chanting !

Can always tell a well respected player when they return to there ex club and get a good reception !
