do i have to sand them back any one done there own before?
and how hard is it to fit hyper side skirts?

I take it you want to get rid of the orange peel affect?? If yes then you do need to sand then right back till there smooth.

or build them up with layers of filler primer; rubbing them down with wet and dry paper after each coat

I would recommend painstakingly rubbing the textured surface back untill you have a smooth finish, paint will not like adhering to textured finish.

This is how I smooth any textured part.

be ready for a bog job to take the front ones off!!!

the rear ones have 4 bolts and the fronts you have to take the whole wheel arch liner out!
