Rob went to inspect our new pond last night only to find a floating dead crow in it!

Glad he found it, I'd have freaked!!!

He had to fish it out with 2 planks of wood and put it in a bag in the big!

Crows are horrible anyway, but to find a dead one in your pond

People once believed that when someone dies,A crow carries their soul to the land of the dead, but sometimes something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul can't rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes,The crow can bring the soul back and put the wrong things right.

Not bad for a pond that's only a couple of days old.

I nearly plowed into a squirrel last night - it was just sat there quite happily on the A45.

Other people just blame the kid in the field with his air rifle.

We have a dog so we have no birds in the garden!

Rob thinks it flew into the fence and landed in the pond
