jack it up on the rear beam, then get a pair of axel stands and blocks of wood, and support the car on its sills at the back, let the jack down, undo the two bolts that hold the dampers on, that'll drop the rear beam down, remove old springs, insert new, jack teh rear beam up, bolt dampers on, let car off axel stands... easy
