Is it just a metal plate which covers where the transfer-box attaches to @ seals it up?

whats involved is modding the plate off one of the boxes, involves bit of drilling and a bit of grinding, they did a step by step guide on how to do it in a old issue of TV

the anti roll bar needs dropping a fair bit to clear the box too, mount(s?) and blanking plate.
