to get a exhaust reducer so i can fit my ashley backbox to my 12v as the bore is smaller.None of my local exhaust garages have reducers, one even said i would have to have a centre box from the same manufacturer of the backbox

your local exhaust gargaes are taking the michael mouse. a reducer pipe can be made up from any metal fabricator or exhaust place. not a hard job to do at all. and no, you can mix and match your centre and back box.
