well usually let them go on for ages and ages asking about everything and then say if this is going to cost me anything then no.

i told 3 of them on friday if they going to send me crap for the rest of my life

and told some one to piss off because i kept rejecting his call and he wouldnt give up!

Just let them go on and on then once hes asked all his questions and youve given all your answers - just before you make his day and agree say "oh wait, you're from an agency - No thanks Bye" then hang up!
