been looking at your garage just out of interest (serious question) did the strut brace make any difference to handling? Reason I'm asking is I want mine to corner more tightly (tis already lowered) and have been thinking about a strut brace would appreciate your opinion - thanks

admit it the punto didnt beat u........ it caned u

them 1.2 16v punto aint half nippy (thnk the book figures 10.8ish).

and tbh to the comment above...
every1 is different not every1 wants a sweet car all shiny with crazy paint etc look at ak etc some ppl just want performance.
i wanna av a subtle lookin car with a nice bit of power too a combination of the two extremes

or u cud do a steveW n go extreme every which way

Aint there a 1.4 16v really low mileage 31,000! for sale for £200 in classifieds

Get someone to put it in for cheap labour and then v.cheap 90 bhp car (will seem infinately quicker) then could even chuck a new inlet ...

(exhaust / filter would = about 95 bhp anyway), with inlet + chip your looking at 115-120 bhp...

nothing compared to 2.0 16v's but not bad for racing 17 year old neds
