when i go to download a video it doesnt allow me to and makes a beep i think its blocking it somehow can anyone help

if it dont let u play it it'll be either your video driver, or graphics driver is out of date or just not there, so go to the mnufacturers website and get driver, if it jus wont let u download i havent got a clue mate. but it snds like ur audio driver is absent as wel, so do same for audio driver
