hi guys / girls..wondering if anyone can HELP ??

A few mths ago the arm on my boot broke off but i got it welded and everything was ok with it.

But yesterday it broke off again in the same place but the weld broke from the car, can it be re-welded or is it totally screwed now ??

it can be re-welded but get someone who can weld this time
a weld shudnt brake off

sounds like the surfaces werent prepped properly
