i have tsw evo r wheels with red centre caps. went to order new caps in black only 2 find after a week of waiting they r no longer made. am i right in thinking these caps/nuts r anodised? if so other than having them re-anodised how could i change/restore the colour?

Either take them to an anodizing shop (Yellow Pages) and they will dip them in acid and re-anodize them. Or you could go get them powder coated as it is a harder finish than anodizing...

will powder coating be gauranteed to last and not flake off of the anodisation??? and if i fond an anodising shop how long it take and roguhly how much?

Powder coating is tough as fuck. They'll be able to dothat in about an hour or so, Anodisation is tough, but on something like wheels after a while it can get a bit tatty due to corosion from salt on the roads... Would take them about 30 mins to anodize the caps...
