Is there a difference between the XE and 8 valve sumps? My mate says the 8v has better baffles which are good for track use. Got my 16v sump off at the moment and theres nothing at all in there

i've heard the 8v's are 'better' too....
I have had oil surge (oil splooshing to one side, up the breather and into the TB - before i did the breather mod )a few times on track people thing your engine has let go big time!!!
Get a garage, or mate etc to weld some fins to your sump pan...
