I'm looking to buy a new phone soon. On O2 PAYG just now (Nokia 5210) but would like an O2 contract and new camera phone.
Anyone got the Sony Ericsson K700 mobile phone and/or what are peoples opinions on the phone?
Also been looking the Sony Ericsson T630 and Nokia 6230 as other cheaper alternatives.

It was the T630 I was originally going for, but the guy in the shop (was in Orange at the time) showed me the K700 and I was lured by the extra features and camflash/video etc. But the price is the only deterant at the mo, plus I think the T630 looks slightly better in style.
But dunno, would like to hear peoples opinions of both first. K700 might still be worth it

I can't justify £120 more a year just to have a better cam on the phone

going to try Link first. if they do it for free I will save £120 or even if they take some cash off it I'll still be saving. plus with the online O2 you don;t get the free MMS or txt between 7-8pm

on o2 online you do get free mms, you get 500 text, or you can send an mms and this will be classed as 4 of your 500 text, so a max of 125 mms and no text or a mixture of both. Also you get free insurance for 3 months with o2 online.
The happy hour will only last for the first half of your contract, whereas the online will have 500text a month for the whole year, and you can check online to see how much you have used and what you have left.

ive got a t630 and although it looks nice the amount of memory for storing photos is terrable and the camera isnt much to write home about neither, only difference between the t630 and the t610 is the screen is slightly better and its silver. if you can afford the k700 monthly bill i would go for it (i wish i had)

This is now looking like a good option
Either on Online 200 tariff (£30) 200mins, 500sms/125mms
or Online Offpeak 500 tariff (£25) 500mins offpeak, 500sms/125mms
Going to look at both phones in The Link, Carphone Warehouse, O2, etc. this afternoon.
Icy may also have found me a cheap brand new T630 on O2 PAYG. Also an option.
Cheers for the help lads

That's the only problem with Sony Ericsson K700i and Nokia 6230 - only 1-2 days use between charges
