i had this problem before.... try deleting all cookies and history first.

unfortuantly that didnt work for me nor did just reinstalling I.E

i was due a format so did that and it worked.

tell him to install netscape navigator. i was able to log on with that when i had this problem

try checking the security levels in IE, see if its set to allow cookies, if not just change security to low see if that sorts it
