I build the wireframes in Alias (or Rhino if I'm feelin simple) then export IGES to Max to render em... CAD tutors at uni loved the result

i'm still trying to get to grips with this

used to design a few quake levels in lightwave & export them & convert to BPS & edit in Quark, but only been using 3ds now for about 2 months & trying to get to grips with the SDK...

so far this is what I've got done today

No mate, thats great! Wish I could do that. My max stuff is mainly still renders or the occasional animation... nothing like that - top job mate
