My ex set up Broadband on my account without me knowing so now even though i haven't authorised this or used it they are telling me i have to pay for it

Surely this can't be right? Even if he had the account number if I was paying the bills shouldn't they need my authority??

I then made a complaint and they didn't call me back for 16 days - wot a joke. grrrrrrrr

Has anyone else ever had problems with BT?

i was MEANT to get broadband.. did a petition in the area, waited a year for it to get installed. then they told me that just MY line wasnt good enuff but every1 elses in the area is fine and 'it would be worth their expense to fix the problem'

Sent BT a stroppy complaint and guess what they have agreed to cancel it and refund any payments taken
