Ive totally formatted my hard drive and installed XP, no other programs and I still cannot log onto here, it just goes back to the front page after i enter my details in

What is wrong?

I think its to do with your browser not accepting cookies.

i had that problem and couldnt figure it out. i installed netscape and i was able to log on through that.

then i reformated after a while and its fixed the problem.


install netsacpe and see if you can log on.

but it is exactly how it should be, i havent adjusted anything, its literally just xp on the pc, nothing else GGrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

ohh and I can log on fine to MIG and other sites

yeh i didnt change anything on my XP machine at home and it just stoped working.... i'd log in and it would tell me im loged in in the top corner of the page..... but as soon as i opened a thread it would then tell me i wasent loged in up in the corner...

Once again delete all history and cookies.
Set your privacy settings in IE to 'Accept all cookies' just for now, you can set it back to medium or above later. Also just out of curiosity do you have the XP firewall running?

MIG don't have the same standard of encryption that we do. Ours is slightly more secure but the disadvantage is of course that your ISP needs to not cache pages so strictly. Who do you connect with at home?
